I'm Dr Zoë Bell Registered Associate Nutritionist (Association for Nutrition) and Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health Nutrition.
My journey with nutrition began as a young adult when I was diagnosed with PCOS. Like many women, I was simply told to “lose weight”. I was given little guidance and no support to make small, meaningful lifestyle changes. Instead, I found myself living a life full of restriction, rules, and frustration and poor relationship with food and my body.
Determined to understand my body and reclaim my health, I studied Human Nutrition and discovered how evidence-based, personalised lifestyle changes can transform health from the inside out.
Alongside my nutrition training and research career in Women's Health and Nutrition, I qualified as a 200-hour trained yoga teacher. I am passionate about embedding mind-body practices into daily life to support mental and overall wellbeing. These practices are so powerful in helping us manage our stress, reconnect with our bodies and in reconnecting helps us attune to the daily insights our bodies provide giving us clues as to how to best care for it.
My consultations are founded upon my expertise gained over 10 years in women's health & nutrition, yoga teacher training, and lived experience of PCOS to create personalised, strategic support and sustainable changes.
In a world full of conflicting nutrition advice, I simplify the noise to what really matters and empower women to make lifestyle changes that shift the needle towards feeling their best.
